Our “Ali” is a true eye-catcher, captivating every visitor with his impressive presence. Tall, powerful, and far from fully grown, he already demonstrates that he is a horse with extraordinary potential. His excellent uphill conformation and expansive, expressive movements leave nothing to be desired. He displays agility and remarkable willingness to perform in the parcours. However, his true strength lies in dressage—a discipline in which he is destined to achieve greatness.
Ali’s sire, I-Don Malagueno, is an internationally successful dressage stallion. Thanks to his outstanding own performance, he was approved for sport horse breeding in Germany and passed his stallion performance test—an exceptional achievement for a purebred Lusitano and he is succesful up to Dressage - class S and St. Georges. His quality and character make him a remarkable representative of his breed.
Ali’s dam, Aurora, also contributes valuable dressage bloodlines. She is the daughter of Hector Krogvaenget, a Frederiksborger Palomino who made history with his tremendous talent. Hector competed in the stallion performance test against warmbloods in Schliekau, achieving the outstanding score of 7.8—a unique accomplishment to this day. Even more impressive was his performance at a Bundeschampionat qualifier in Kurtscheid, where he outperformed all warmbloods with a score of 8.2, taking the victory. This exceptional horse generated excitement and conversation throughout the equestrian world that weekend.
With Ali, the finest qualities of his parents come together: he brings incomparable dressage bloodlines that are unrelated to German sport horses, and his sought-after cream gene opens up entirely new possibilities for breeding. For breeders already working with traditional cream lines, Ali offers the chance to introduce fresh performance blood and explore new directions. Additionally, he has a 50% chance of passing on the dun gene to his offspring—a trait that, apart from his Lusitano sire I-Don Malagueno, is virtually nonexistent among sport horse sires.
We have high hopes for our “Ali” and are confident that this extraordinary stallion has a brilliant future ahead. With his talent, charm, and unique genetics, he will undoubtedly be an asset to both horse breeding and the world of dressage!
